ARTICLE 1 - NAME
This informal group shall be known as
The Los Gatos Social Club.
ARTICLE 2 - PURPOSE
The sole purpose of The Los Gatos Social Club shall be to make each Wednesday evening the most fun night of the week.
Please note that occasionally this is
subject to change due to special events.
During the Summer season, Tuesday or Thursday evenings or Sunday afternoons
shall be the most fun of the week so
as to not conflict with Jazz on the Plazz.

ARTICLE 4 - MEMBERSHIP
Keeping in mind that most of us would never join any club that would have any of us as a member, all residents and friends of the Town of Los Gatos are welcome to contact us about joining in on the festivus, the epulum and the sermo.
ARTICLE 5 - CODE OF CONDUCT
I. Consumption of alcohol, especially
martinis, Famous Manhattans and our
own fine wines at dinner is encouraged
but not to grossly excessive levels.
The grossly excessive levels clause does not
apply to Founders and Directors.
II. Political correctness is not encouraged,
but will be tolerated so long as it
maintains a sense of humor.
III. Bringing and sharing fine wines
over dinner is encouraged.
IV. During dinner, members are
discouraged from sitting next to the
person with whom they sleep.
V. During dinner, members are
discouraged from hurling food at,
or spilling wine upon, other diners.
VI. Great acts of generosity shall
be accorded recognition and great honors.
ARTICLE 6 - RULES AND REGULATIONS
We shall endeavor to never establish rules and regulations. Rather we shall be guided by our own wisdom and sense of decorum.
